  2. Payments made to Abhiyan Capital (a brand name under Dowell Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd) using the payment gateway, payment links, or NACH services are processed securely and promptly. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded directly. Refund requests must be initiated through Abhiyan Capital’s customer support.

  4. If you believe there has been an error in payment processing or if you are eligible for a refund based on Abhiyan Capital’s policies, please contact our customer support team:


    Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of payment.

  5. Eligibility for Refunds

  6. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the transaction and Abhiyan Capital’s policies. Refunds shall be considered only in cases of:

    • Duplicate payments
    • Overpayments
    • Payments erroneously made into a loan account that does not belong to the customer

    Note: Subject to proper verification and substantial proof of the transaction, Abhiyan Capital reserves the right to adjust any overpayments against additional EMIs in the customer’s loan account.

  7. Cancellation of Transactions

  8. Transactions processed through the payment gateway, payment links, or NACH services cannot be cancelled once successfully completed. If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact our customer support. Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval based on the specific circumstances.

  9. Refund Processing Time

  10. Upon approval of a refund request, Abhiyan Capital will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed into the Same source account used for the payment (debit card, net banking, or any other payment method used as allowed by the company) with the same method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution policies, and the nature of the refund request. A timeline for refund processing will be provided upon approval.

  11. Communication and Documentation

  12. All refund requests must be documented and communicated through official channels provided by Abhiyan Capital. Customers are requested to raise the concern via registered email id and needs to provide necessary details, which may include:

    • Beneficiary Name
    • Bank account number
    • IFSC code

    We encourage customers to retain transaction receipts, order confirmations, and related communications for reference.

  13. Liability Disclaimer

  14. Abhiyan Capital is not responsible and assumes no liability if a payment fails due to:

    • Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed payment instructions
    • Insufficient funds in the payment account
    • Encumbrances or charges on the payment account
    • Bank refusals or delays in honouring payments
    • Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., fire, flood, natural disasters, system failures, or external interference)


    We encourage customers to retain transaction receipts, order confirmations, and related communications for reference.

  15. Changes to Policy

  16. Abhiyan Capital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
