1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND WHAT DO WE USE IT FOR?

It is important to note that we do not access or analyse personalized messages.

To assess for fraud, if any, and to better understand your risk profile, we may, through certain applications, periodically gather metadata information about the apps that are installed on your mobile device. This information includes the name of the application, package name, installed time, updated time, version name, and version code of each installed application. We may also gather information about how you use applications like VPNs and gaming apps. A link on our platform directs to an approved third-party SDK that gathers data on our behalf and stores it on a secure server for analysis. Application-level encryption safeguards and protects the data that has been stored.


6. You represent to us that you are above the age of eighteen and are in contracting capacity to access our platform and share your personal data with us.


7. Please note, if you do not choose to provide us with the requested personal data, we will be unable to offer you our products or services.

2. Use the application or digital platform for unlawful purposes.

4. "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the application or digital platform without our prior authorization v. Engage in spamming or flooding.


5. Transmit any software or other materials that contain any virus, time bomb, or other harmful or disruptive component.


6. Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the application or digital platform.


7. Use any device, application, or process to retrieve, index, "data mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the application or digital platform.


8. Permit or help anyone without access to the application or digital platform to use the application or digital platform through your username and password or otherwise.
